🔹 Experience: 7+ Years (Core IT Hiring Only)
🔹 Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical roles
Handle multiple open positions within strict timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers
Perform hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
Drive hiring in corporate/enterprise environments
âś… Mandatory Requirements:
7+ years of core IT/Technical recruitment experience (Non-IT profiles will not be considered)
Proven track record in corporate tech hiring (Product/Service companies)
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
Strong ownership, communication, and execution skills
